Nepal Visa Application Form and Requirements of Nepalese Consulate 

• Passport (signed and valid at least for 6 months with 2 blank visa pages).
• Nepal Visa Application form (filled out and signed).
• One Colored Passport size photo (2x2 inches).
• One photocopy of ID page of the passport. 
• Proof of Legal Status in Canada for Non-Canadian applicants (PR Card, Work Permit, etc.)
• Visitors who have already visited Nepal and intend to visit again within 150 days of the same visa year can obtain entry visa for 30 days.
• Visa once issued cannot be withdrawn and it must be used within six months from the date of issue.
• Trekking permits are not required for trekking in the most areas of Nepal. However, for specific enquires and permits, please contact the Immigration Department in Kathmandu, Nepal.
• Travel Document holders and Nationals of a few Asian and African countries need prior approval from the Government of Nepal to get visa.
• Tourists traveling by car should possess a valid Passage de Carnet.
• Client Order form. Payments can be made by cash, money order or certified cheque. Prices do not include 13% HST.
