Russian Visa Application Form and Requirements of the Russian Consulate
- Passport (signed and valid at least for 6 months after the date of the planned departure from the Russia with 3 blank visa pages).
- Russian Visa Application Form, properly filled out on-line, printed out and signed. Additional $25 will be charged to those who need assistance filling out the on-line form. If you can not fill out Visa application on-line, use the off-line Application Form.
- One Colored photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm).
- One photocopy of ID page of the passport.
- Proof of Legal Status in Canada for Non-Canadian applicants (PR Card, Work Permit, etc.)
- Proof of Non-Russian Citizenship for former citizens of the USSR or Russian Federation (Visa to Israel, Record of Landing dated before Feb.6, 1992, etc.)
- Copy of medical insurance policy valid for travel to Russia for citizens of UE and Israel.
- For working or student visas- negative HIV test result.
- Invitation /Visa Support documents. Invitation /Visa Support can be provided for the additional $30.
- Client Order form. Payments can be made by cash, money order or certified cheque. Prices do not include 13% HST.
