Uganda Visa Application Form and the Requirements of the Embassy of Uganda 

• Passport (signed and valid at least for 6 months with 2 blank visa pages)
• Two Uganda Visa Application form (filled out and signed)
• Two Colored Passport size photos (2x2 inches)
• Proof of Legal Status in Canada for Non-Canadian applicants (PR Card, Work Permit, etc.)
• For Business visa- introductory letter from  your Canadian employer or an invitation letter from your host company in Uganda stating the reasons for visit. 
• Visas are valid for three months from the date of issue. This means that a visa holder should use the visa within three months from the date of issuance. This does not mean the holder is granted 3 months to stay in the country. The length of stay in the country is determined by the immigration officer at the port of entry and begins on the day the holder enters the country, and not from the date when visa was issued.
• Client Order form. Payments can be made by cash, money order or certified cheque. Prices do not include 13% HST.
