Kyrgyzstan Visa Application Form and the Requirements of Kyrgyzstan Embassy 

• Passport (signed and valid at least for 3 months longer than the validity of required visa with 2 blank visa pages)
• Kyrgyzstan Visa Application form (filled out and signed)
• One recent Studio Passport-sized Colored Photograph
• Proof of Legal Status in Canada for Non-Canadian applicants (PR Card, Work Permit, etc.)
• For Business Visa - Visa Support Letter, i.e. special invitation letter obtained from the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek (Please request your Kyrgyz partners, organizations to arrange for visa support by contacting the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
• For Tourist /Private Visa - Invitation Letter issued by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek or the Ministry of Internal Affairs upon request submitted by your local contact (family member, tourism agents, etc)
• For Transit Visa - transportation ticket with the visa of the country of destination.Transit visa is issued for the period not exceeding 5 days.
• Citizens of the countries listed below intending to visit Kyrgyzstan up to 30 days do not need to present the invitation letters for obtaining entry visa to Kyrgyzstan:
