Visa Requirements
- Application form
- One colour photo 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (white background, must be taken within the last 6 months by a commercial photographer with the date stamp on the back)
- Original passport (signed with remaining validity of at least 6 months)
- Clear photocopy of the passport (only the page with photo & signature)
- PR Card or other Canadian visa (work/study permit or student/study permit)
- Photocopy of PR Card or other Canadian visa
- Travel Itinerary
- Bank Statement
- Travel Plan (This must include purpose of the visit and a brief schedule, specifying location and length of stay. The date, applicant’s name and signature should be stated at the bottom.)
- Invitation letter (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Client Order form. Payments can be made by cash, money order or certified cheque. Prices do not include 13% HST.
