Syria Visa Application Form and Requirements of the Syrian Embassy
- Passport (signed and valid at least for 6 months with 2 blank visa pages)
- Two Syria Visa Application forms (filled out and signed)
- Two Colored Passport size photo (2x2 inches)
- Proof of Legal Status in Canada for Non-Canadian applicants (PR Card, Work Permit, etc.)
- For Business visa - an invitation letter from the host company in Syria indicating the nature of applicant's business, probable duration of stay, the places and firms to be
- For dependent children - a written approval from parents
- Syrian citizens, origin and descendants can obtain a free visa upon arrival to Syria or from the Embassy, a Syrian ID document (of the applicant or his father) must be sent with the visa application ( old passport, personal or family ID, etc.; make sure you mark your original nationality as Syrian).
- Client Order form. Payments can be made by cash, money order or certified cheque. Prices do not include 13% HST.
